![]() ![]() ![]() I like to offer my customers the same types of opportunities for savings, and a few eBay innovations over the past couple of years have helped make this a possibility when selling from their site. ![]() When I shop online I'm the type who always looks for a coupon or special deal before committing to buy. For instance, one of my old movie photos won't do well when presented for sale in the same manner as the latest electrical gizmo or even a recent bestselling book. Sidebar complaint: From my perspective as someone who uses eBay primarily to buy and sell collectible and antique items, the biggest eBay issue is their inability to recognize that you cannot list, market, or sell a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) vintage item the same one-size-fits-all way you can a retail commodity item. at least I'm not returning stuff on eBay!). Much harder to sell and the buying there hasn't been great lately either. It's not nearly as easy (or fun) to shop the site as it used to be (and if you think the grass is greener on Amazon, uh uh. This is ironic because I really believe eBay tries to cater to their buyers much more than to their sellers, but in doing so they fail to understand that buyers crave consistency. I see this much more as a seller on the site than as a buyer. It feels like eBay rolls out changes every other week (day?) these days, so that by the time the "Summer" update is complete there is a brand new Fall update announced. ![]() I'd always hoped to avoid having to create this page, but eBay's most recent update (Summer 2018) has made shopping so confusing to buyers that it's time to create a little instruction manual to aid in shopping my own eBay Store. or 'How to Navigate my eBay Store & Listings After eBay's Summer 2018 Update ![]()
